Looks like a nice walk! It reminds me a lot of the Washington Coast, but it is so different all at the same time (especially the look of the flora). I'll have to try to tune into the radio show that you sent to Sarah. We have that genus of seagrass here in Washington, but it is quite uncommon. I haven't seen it yet.

It was fun wandering around the show with you. There was so much to see I took very few photos and used them all in the blog.

We found out why our corn turned out so bizarre last year. We had a part packet of seeds left from the year before and bought two other packets to fill out the octagon. Mixing corn seeds is a big mistake because of the way it pollinates. Pollen from one type can’t work on another type. That’s why we had so many gaps and unusual spacing. Time will tell how well our corn will grow this year.

The lights are solar powered and work for several hours after a sunny day but are dim if the day has been overcast.

What a beautiful part of the world to spend Christmas Day. Did you leave the lights on for the chickens while you were gone?

Just read the entire Blog of your East Coast trip. You guys were busy. Can't believe all you did and saw.
It was good reading it. Like having you back here. I had forgotten about sitting in the rain at the Oriole game. It rained just enough to allow the players to play and for the fans to be uncomfortable.
